Roger P. Tomalas is a veteran trial attorney with more than 40 years specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Before private practice, Mr. Tomalas worked for insurance companies as an underwriter, broker, and claim defense attorney.
After graduating from UCLA in 1969, Roger Tomalas attended the University of San Fernando Valley College of Law at night while working in the insurance industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from San Fernando in 1975. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Roger Tomalas has been a lecturer for the National Business Institute and is co-author of a book, “Premises Liability: Preparation and Trial of a Difficult Case in California.” He also created “The Basic Guide to Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury Law and The Legal System” to assist clients in understanding their rights and insurance claims.
Roger Tomalas is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
